Role Overview

Mid-Level SAP HCM Consultant, will take on a more significant role in SAP projects, actively participating in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions. and will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure that SAP systems align with their objectives.

Role Requirements and skills

  • 2-4 years of working experience as SAP HCM Consultant.
  • At least 2 E2E Implementations (Full Implementation or partial).
  • Very good command of English.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong expertise in SAP configuration and customization.
  • SAP certification(s) is preferred.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing).Learning new technologies and industries and transfer knowledge within the team

Responsibilities

  • System Implementation and Configuration: You might be involved in implementing new SAP HCM functionalities or upgrades. This requires working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configuring the system accordingly, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • SAP HCM Expertise: You’ll possess a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules like Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment, and Benefits. This involves configuring the system to meet the specific needs of the organization’s HR department.
  • Customization: Customize SAP modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring that configurations align with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems (If any).
  • User Training and Support: You’ll provide training to HR personnel and other users on how to effectively utilize the SAP HCM system. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting any user issues and providing ongoing support.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and project-related activities.
