Role Overview

SAP Team Lead is responsible for leading a HCM team, play a crucial role in coordinating efforts, ensuring project success, and providing technical leadership, Ensuring that his/her team members during the projects are implementing successfully within scope, and timeline. Will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to his/her team while collaborating with clients to deliver SAP solutions that meet their business objectives.

  • 5-10 years of working experience in SAP HCM field
  • At least 5 E2E Implementations (Different Industries)
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management
  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM FIORI Apps, ESS and MSS
  • Strong expertise in SAP Successfactors
  • SAP certification(s) is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members
  • Learning new technologies and industries and transfer knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities

  • HCM Projects Lead: Leading and managing SAP HCM implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervising a team of SAP HCM consultants, including task assignment, performance evaluation, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Solution Design: Acting as solution architect and Design SAP HCM solutions that align with business needs and best practices, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
  • Resources Management: Collaborating with SAP consultants, Key users, and Customer’s Top Management to ensure smooth project delivery and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ABAP and Basis to achieve project goals.
  • Interviews: interview, filter and select the new candidates from technical POV.
