Role Overview

As an SAP senior Project Manager, you will lead SAP projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure that the SAP solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals

Role Requirements and skills

· 7+ years of working experience in SAP field with a strong understanding of SAP modules and technologies.

· Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (on premise and Cloud solutions)

· Excellent knowledge of Solution manager and ALM processes

· SAP Activate Certificate is Must.

· Very good command of English.

· Excellent communication and personal skills

· Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering at least 4 complex SAP projects and in different industries, including project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead project teams and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred.

Role Responsibilities

· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments for SAP projects.

· Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including SAP consultants, technical teams, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient project execution.

· Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including business owners, key users and entire implementation team.

· SAP Expertise: Oversee SAP project teams, ensuring that they understand the project scope and deliverables. Provide guidance and technical expertise as needed.

· Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for SAP projects, conducting regular assessments, audits, and reviews.

· Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks promptly, working with the project team to develop solutions and mitigate potential disruptions.

· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and all project-related activities.

· Change Management: Implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.

· Project Reporting: Generate regular project status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and proposed solutions for project stakeholders.
